Terms of Service
These terms explain how purchases, delivery, refunds, rules, and support work for the KodaFFA store.
Payments
- By purchasing from KodaFFA, the customer agrees to the Terms of Service.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors.
- KodaFFA is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.
Delivery
- All digital items, ranks, coins, perks, and upgrades are delivered electronically.
- Users must enter the correct Minecraft username.
- KodaFFA is not responsible for items sent to the wrong username due to user error.
- Coins are virtual in-game currency only and have no real-world cash value.
- Ranks and upgrades are for use only on KodaFFA.
Refunds
- If a player is banned, muted, punished, or removed for breaking rules, they are not entitled to a refund.
- Purchases do not make players immune to server rules.
Chargebacks
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or payment abuse may result in removal of purchased items and/or server punishment.
Rules
- Purchases do not make players immune to server rules.
- KodaFFA may update, modify, rebalance, rename, disable, or remove perks/features when needed for server balance, security, performance, or technical reasons.
Support
- Contact KodaFFA staff if a completed purchase does not deliver properly. Include your Minecraft username and purchase details.
