No refunds after payment is completed, except where required by law.
Digital items are delivered electronically.
Refunds are not given for bans, mutes, rule violations, username mistakes, buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or changes to server features.
Chargebacks/payment disputes may result in removal of purchased items and possible punishment.
